Terms of Service

1. Service Description

FightLite AI provides automated Google Business Profile management services, including AI-generated review replies, weekly profile posts, monthly performance reports, profile audits, and review acquisition materials. The service is delivered on a monthly subscription basis.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Prices are listed in USD and Vietnamese Dong (VND) on our pricing page. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of the service.

To cancel your subscription, you must provide 30 days written notice in writing. There are no cancellation penalties or lock-in fees.

3. Acceptable Use

By using our service, you agree that you will not:

• Review gate — selectively direct only satisfied customers to leave reviews while discouraging or filtering negative feedback. This violates Google's review policies and our terms.
• Incentivise reviews — offer discounts, gifts, or any other incentive in exchange for a Google review. This is prohibited by Google's policies.
• Use the service to post false, misleading, or defamatory content on any platform.
• Share your GBP Owner credentials with us. We require Manager access only.

4. Google Business Profile Access

You grant FightLite AI Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile for the duration of your subscription. You retain Owner status and full control of your listing at all times. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

FightLite AI makes no guarantees regarding Google search ranking, local pack position, or review volume growth. Our service provides best-effort GBP management; actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms, your business's service quality, and market conditions.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated review replies are created on your behalf and become your content upon posting. FightLite AI retains ownership of its platform, software, and proprietary AI systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Danang City, Vietnam.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
