1. Introduction

FightLite AI ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it when you use our Google Business Profile management service.

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of data:

• Google Business Profile review text — the content of reviews posted by your customers on your GBP listing.
• GBP performance metrics — reply rate, rating trend, review volume, and posting frequency.
• Business contact details — your business name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Contact form submissions — name, email address, and message content sent via our contact form.

3. Data Retention

Raw review text Where we use Business Profile API content to provide the service, we store only limited content securely and temporarily, for no more than 30 calendar days from receipt, and do not manipulate or aggregate that stored content. Other records have separate retention periods based on their purpose. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To prepare relevant reply drafts for your Google reviews under the approval process agreed with you
• To help your team prepare and, where available and specifically authorized, publish Google Business Profile updates
• To compile monthly performance reports
• To respond to your support and contact enquiries

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our service:

• Google Business Profile API — to support authorized profile management. We use only the access agreed with you; you retain ownership and control.
• Resend — to send email notifications and contact form responses. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.

6. Google Business Profile Access

You retain ownership or co-ownership of your Google Business Profile and choose whether to grant FightLite AI access. Our standard workflow requests Manager access only; we do not ask you to transfer ownership. You can remove our access through your Google account settings at business.google.com. You can also ask us to disassociate your account from our service; we will provide a way to regain exclusive control within seven business days. This is separate from subscription billing cancellation.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to client data is restricted to authorised team members only.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form on our website.
