FightLite AI ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it when you use our Google Business Profile management service.

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of data:

• Google Business Profile review text — the content of reviews posted by your customers on your GBP listing.
• GBP performance metrics — reply rate, rating trend, review volume, and posting frequency.
• Business contact details — your business name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Contact form submissions — name, email address, and message content sent via our contact form.

3. Data Retention

Raw review text Raw review text is purged from our systems within 30 days of the reply being sent. Derived signals and performance metrics (aggregated statistics such as reply rate and rating averages) are retained indefinitely to power your monthly reports and historical trend analysis. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To generate personalised AI replies to your Google reviews
• To publish weekly posts to your Google Business Profile
• To compile monthly performance reports
• To respond to your support and contact enquiries

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our service:

• Google Business Profile API — to read reviews, post replies, and publish posts on your behalf. We use Manager access only; you remain Owner.
• Resend — to send email notifications and contact form responses. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.

6. Google Business Profile Access

We request Manager access only to your Google Business Profile. We never request Owner access, and we never request an ownership transfer. You can revoke our Manager access at any time through your Google account settings at business.google.com. Revoking access has no impact on your listing, your reviews, or your review history.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to client data is restricted to authorised team members only.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form on our website.
